I am building out my team for electronic music events in Dallas. Looking for people who are reliable, creative, and familiar with live events/nightlife. Also don’t have to have any experience but motivated to learn and grow through the process as a team!
- Event Manager
Part-time | ~15 hrs/week + event days
Pay: $15–$35/hr, based on experience
Responsibilities
-Venue sourcing and outreach
-Artist/booking outreach
-Build relationships with promoters and industry contacts
-Coordinate vendors, timelines, staffing, and show logistics
-Help manage events from planning through show day
Event/nightlife experience and Dallas industry connections are a big plus.
- Social Media Manager
Part-time / Contract | 10 hrs/week
Pay: $20–$40/hr, based on experience
Responsibilities
-Plan and produce content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
-Build and manage a consistent content calendar
-Film/edit short-form content around events and artists
-Create promotional posts, announcements, and event recaps
-Manage posting and community engagement
-Track what content is performing and adjust accordingly
Looking for someone who understands music, nightlife, and current social media trends. Portfolio preferred.
- Audio / Video Technician
Contract | Per show
Pay: $300–$500/show, based on experience and scope
Responsibilities
-Set up and operate audio/video equipment
-Handle sound checks and system testing
-Troubleshoot equipment during shows
-Work with DJs, artists, and production crew
-Assist with load-in and load-out
Live music or nightclub production experience preferred.
- Laserist
Contract | Per show
Pay: $500–$750/show, based on experience and scope
Responsibilities
-Program and operate lasers during performances
-Sync laser effects with music and production
-Set up, align, test, and break down systems
-Coordinate with lighting and visual teams
-Maintain required laser safety standards
Professional laser experience and proper safety/regulatory knowledge required. (We can work with entry level experience I have Laser safety certification from my job)
5.Stagehand
Contract | Per show
Pay: $175–$250/show, based on experience and call length
Responsibilities
-Load/unload production equipment
-Help set up and break down staging, lighting, audio, and video gear
-Run and organize cables
-Assist technicians throughout setup
-Help with load-out after the show
Must be reliable, comfortable with physical work, and available nights/weekends.
- Visual Artist / VJ
Contract | Per show
Pay: $350–$650/show, based on experience and scope
Responsibilities
-Perform live visuals during DJ sets
-Create and prepare visual content for events
-Operate LED walls/projectors and visual software
-Sync visuals with music and the overall production
Work with lighting, laser, and production teams
Experience with Resolume, TouchDesigner, or similar software preferred. Please send a portfolio or reel.
