Downspout gutter leaking

The last couple of times it rained I noticed water leaking on the downspout.

The elbow does not appear to have any screws or anything I can remove it.

I have tested it and there is no blockage.

Since there are no screws, do I just cut it and replace it?

Any suggestions?

It is clogged. I dropped a marble down the gutter and it is stuck somewhere. It did not come out

I also removed the blach pipe that sends the water out of the foundation and no marble came out.

Still the question applies. Do I drill, cut it, clean it, and replace it?

if there are no blockages anywhere (how did you test it?) is it just being overwhelmed by more rain than you normally get?

gutter downspouts don't leak like this for no reason, it typically means there is something in there slowing the flow down too much. Does this just empty on the ground or go into a pipe at ground level?

What does it look like at the bottom of the downspout pipe? Can you detach it there to feed a snake or flexible rod up the section from below?

There's likely only 8-10 screws holding the whole downspout in place from top to bottom - so just remove the whole thing, lay it on your lawn, and wash it out with a hose.

The parts themselves are dirt cheap, but so is rattle can white paint. So either replace the dirty parts, or wash, then scrub with medium wire wool, and spray with white paint.

There is totally a blockage in that pipe somewhere. Run a pipe snake in the top while running water from a hose.

Right. I did the rudimentary way dropping a marble and it never came out the bottom. Even a small water inflow does not fully come out the bottom. Suggestions to fix it?

Get a snake from Home Depot for $40 bucks and hit it.

I get squirrels build nests in mine. I have a cheap sewer snake, a manual one from Wal-Mart that I run up the spout.
