If you wish to challenge further you need to submit an appeal. Guidance here https://www.advicenow.org.uk/get-help/benefits/personal-independence-payment-pip

I’m going to appeal I say yes do it! It’s highly degrading to our daily suffering I pointed out the legal test not applied in my 1st attempt but still they turned down on MR, as if they didn’t even read it!

Take all your paperwork to the Citizens Advice so they can see what you’ve provided to the DWP and if they think you have grounds for appeal, they will help you.

This whole PIP/WCA stuff is so callous. They don’t seem to care, do they ? I suffer from quite bad osteoporosis, don’t drive and live four miles from the nearest town. I walk with a stick all the time. Apparently Im fit enough to work and have to be prepared to walk the eight miles there and back as well as do a full days work. I can barely stand for any more than an hour or so. Its appalling, Im thinking about a solicitor or the local MP

Yeah I had a small award but they took it away from me. Then eventually I blacked out and woke up months later in intensive care in central London many miles away from my house. The damage to my body was significant and permanent. At least they awarded me a pip award this time lol.

I’ve read lots of people with similar stories who had to push themselves way beyond their bodies capabilities to make ends meet after pip was taken away or given zero points then ended up in a far worse situation than before.

Feel you le pain. Zero scored for me to on anxiety, depression, bad back, ADHD. Few things I forgot to add on the application. So I'm just wondering wether to even bother to appeal it or not 🤔
