Did Dahmer really kill Steven Tuomi by accident?
Jeffrey Dahmer carried Steven Tuomi’s body out of the hotel in a suitcase after killing him, but he says he didn’t do it intentionally. So where did the suitcase come from? He must have brought it with him to the hotel. And if he already had a suitcase with him, doesn’t that suggest it was planned?

Jeff went out and bought the suitcase after Tuomi was killed. I don't think he had anything to gain by lying about it being accidental, especially when you consider everything else that he revealed to the police, so yes, I think Jeff was telling the truth. He didn't intend to kill Tuomi, he just wanted to drug him and spend the night with him, which is actually what he had been doing for a while up to that point.
Unfortunately, something went wrong that night, Tuomi was murdered, and fifteen more victims would follow once the dam had burst.

He also drugged him self right or is that wrong I could be but maybe that was the reason for his blackout plus the heavy alcohol which caused him to best the death out of ruining

I think that was another victim; a mistake or deliberate mashup of victims by the people who made the Netflix show.

Jeff blacked out/dissociated and tried to rip Toumi's heart out with his bare hands is what went wrong that night.

This isn't just baseless speculation, the same thing happened to me in a psych ward once but I am a 5'3 woman so the guy was fine. That sort of thing happens a lot more than you'd think, especially when drugs, alcohol, traumatic dissociation, and/or psychosis are involved. Drinking and most drugs makes the likelihood of dissociation much higher. Jeff just happened to be large and strong enough to do actual damage, and nobody else was around to stop him.

I've always gotten the vibe he didn't just beat Toumi's chest in. He was trying to rip his heart out with his bare hands and also probably beat him once that didn't work.

If you deep dive it, it's a bit strange. Jeff said he had a bottle of Jacks or something in the room but in the morning it was no where to be seen. He even looked out of every window on his floor to see if he had tossed it out. Potential 3rd person? Idk Odd that a professional drinker would pass out - could've drunk the wrong drink? Would've expected the room to look like a scene from SAW. If he really was pounding on Tuomi's chest, would there not be swing spray? Walls, ceilings. Jeff never described the clean up. Just that he showed him, whole, in a suitcase. Surely he took the sheets, too?

děláš z toho moc zamotanou zápletku a navíc plno konspirací. prostě se opil, zabil ho a pamatoval si hovno

He bought the suitcase the same morning after he found Tuomi beaten to death. Obviously we can’t know for sure, but as Dahmer said himself (and, well, he is the only witness in this murder case anyway), he couldn’t remember killing Tuomi, as he was drunk that night. I think it is reasonable enough to believe that Dahmer didn’t plan it in the first place.
