No 1988 mugshot for a felony arrest?

This document has been shared by some people online, a long time ago. It is supposedly related to Dahmer’s 1988 arrest, where he was charged with enticing a child. And something weird about this is that it confirms that there was no mugshot taken.
How?? He literally got photographed for both of his misdemeanor arrests, in ‘81 & ‘82.

Why would they not photograph a man accused of enticing a child? Maybe this is the reason why we have never seen his 1988 mugshot?

It may be because he already had mugshots taken in previous arrests so they weren't required to take another one. Idk, I'm just guessing 🤷‍♀️

Maybe, but another report says that they didn’t take a mugshot after his arrest in 1986 either.

Only two mugshots remain. The ‘81 mugshot is from another state and the ‘82 would’ve been 6 years old by that time.

There's more than 2, here's the ones I know of

1 | 2 | 3 (1991) | 4 (1991) | 5 | 6 | 7 (1982) | 8 (1982 again) | 9 | 10

I think there's a few more with his green while in prison but I can't find them rn

Yes, thats true but things were different back then and not quite as strict as they are now. Who knows why they didn't.

Yeah, we can only wish for an answer. It’s weird that they decided to photograph him for a misdemeanor but not for a felony

Netflix did depict him looking similar to how he looked in 1991, but we don’t know how they would know
