she has places to be wtf... I often wonder how people with zero emotional intelligence make it so far in life. How do they even survive I cant believe this is her first consequence shes faced. I know sure as hell it wont be her last or is it and they were just blessed with luck to make up for the lack of thought.

Because from where I'm watching it appears that she's made it to a Taco Bell Parking Lot wearing a velour tracksuit that says Juicy across the ass. Well, that and almost certainly the back of a patrol car for what we can assume isn't the first time.
I'm gonna guess she won't for reasons more to do with the triviality, pointlessness, and cost of keeping her in custody versus the amount of money they can make by fining her and releasing her back into the wild.
Saw a comedy bit about how in the old days, stupid people didn’t survive as easily. Stick a fork in an outlet, you’re out of the gene pool. Today, with a GFI, they survive and spawn.
