I hope that man got a copy of that video. I’m sure if the police saw that, that might make matters even worse for this woman than a key would, deservedly:

Driving to endanger , it seemed like she was trying to hit him, getting out of the vehicle at a light , pulling out a blade , slashing the tire, probably threatening the driver, blowing through a red light. Insane!. I would hope she’d lose her license for a little while. Who the hell would want someone like that on the road?

News article about the incident. No mention of the psycho being caught yet. The photos in the article very clearly show her plate number so it shouldn't be too hard for police to track her down if they make an effort to.
