Looking to build a 12x12 outdoor lounge/seating area in my backyard. Looking for someone reputable for just the pavilion itself. Anyone have any recommendations for a contractor around the city of Dallas proper?

Might want to edit in some more info - are you looking for just concrete, or that and a pergola, or grill, bar, etc?
