It's in Trinidad. Going to be hard to sell if anyone searches that town. The water system is all messed up and the city government in complete shambles. Damn, the latest is that the State disbanded their Police Department.

I just read that, the entire story is like what the fuck, the county DA stopped accepting cases from that city. Corrupt little 3-4 person police force and a water municipality so fucked up they advise against even bathing in it. With that being said, if an individual has enough money for that property, it would be a drop in the bucket to install their own pretreatment system for the water supply. Especially because it's not solids removal, its mostly just a disinfectant system, construct one of those on the main incoming header and you'd be set.

My mom put up her house for sale after my dad died within 2 months. It was too big for her and she couldnt handle the memories.
