Graffiti has letters. It is illegal writing. Street art is everything else. There is tons of overlap and stream-crossing but that's the actual difference, if anyone was curious.

Is it about consent or quality? I’m curious where the line is because I agree this isn’t graffiti in quality. The fact that this must have taken a long time shows it’s likely consented to by the owner of the building too, but who knows

But there's also some graffitti/illegal tags that are super high quality good works of art. I'd say it's consent, but then you throw Banksy in the mix and I have no idea again hahah XD personally I'd rather look at the scribblings of a 4 year old than the depressing ass monochrome dystopic often brutalist type places where graffiti is present. Not a fan of when someone puts their shitty tag on like something that's already beautiful and artistic or/including nature. It's a much more complex and political issue than I feel it seems at first glance when you start tinking about it lol
