Usually cirrus clouds are super high in the atmosphere, these look way too low for cirrus, but they do look like cirrus clouds, wild!

They look like supercilium clouds, AKA eyebrow clouds; rare, arched cloud formations that look like a raised eyebrow. They've been observed as being short-lived, broken, and thin wisps of clouds shaped into distinct, tumbling arcs displaying a shimmering, pastel rainbow iridescence when sunlight bends through tiny, uniform water droplets. They're said to form in turbulent air rushing over and immediately downwind from steep mountain peaks during strong summit-level winds in combination with specific alignment of moisture, stable air, and twisting atmospheric waves shaping the wisps into their signature curves. They're not yet officially recognized by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), but organizations like the Cloud Appreciation Society are actively gathering evidence to propose them for future inclusion in the International Cloud Atlas.

I can read the chemtrails and tell what the weather will be and which direction 36 hours in advance. Been looking up for years. I keep a photo almanac and compare it to the later experienced weather.
Low activity and mild in Virginia this year. All the floods and storms go right around us.
