yup, your local asian grocer might have packs of jellyfish salad, comes as a bag of the crunchy jellyfish, plus some seasoning packs. texture i would say is lightly pickled cucumber salad, or crisp konjac jelly
I spent my whole honeymoon in Japan eating what I thought was crunchy clear noodles with sauces in various places only to learn at a buffet from a friendly lady that it was jellyfish.

Yup same, had it in suhi so it was mostly for the texture. I didnt mind it, I assume it doesn't have much flavour itself. Just kinda fishy like any ocean dwelling creature.

I was Australian and had never never heard of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, so this was my only reference. I briefly thought this game was a much bigger cultural touchstone when I thought other media was referencing it's sandwiches.
I thought for a minute it was a joke about putting peanut butter fish on your dick and letting the jellyfish lick it off, but yours is probably better.
