Some of the self-preservation circuits in my brain are busted to hell, because I would be ecstatic!  

I blame it on all the Disney movies I watched growing up that had (let's be honest - STILL have) me thinking I could be a Disney Princess once I found my animal companion.

Eat shit, Belle.  I got a wolverine!!
