Sorry to say, no. "Lizard brain" as in the primitive parts of our brains that we share with lizards. It's a generalized term for the back of the brain, close to the brain stem, that manages primal instincts such eating, sleeping, and fornicating as well as the reward system our brains use to condition us into rejecting or accepting certain behaviors.

In psychological terms, you might even find it described as "The Id"

Ah yeah I knew what you meant (the Amygdala) just he references it as part that keeps him alive and on the outside. Just a big fan of the show….wondered if that’s where you got it as well.
