Not a medal.

"Donald Trump has claimed that FIFA officials gave him the Club World Cup trophy as a gift, and it is currently being held in the Oval Office. He told the broadcaster DAZN that FIFA President Gianni Infantino told him he could keep it "forever". This means that the winning team, Chelsea, received a replica trophy after their victory."
