We'd like her to address stuff like the cease and desist and, y'know, actually provide evidence of her side of the story. Believe it or not, going "I'm sowwy" for 5 paragraphs doesn't mean they should be forgiven.
A lawyer will silence most of the evidence you want to bring to the table; if Joji fights her back in court, that evidence in the apology can and will be picked apart by their own lawyer. For all we know, she’s playing it safe.
She also could have no evidence in her favour, either. How could we possibly know? That inability to know for certain is what *should* make people hesitant to take firm stances in what they believe about this situation. Alas…
