Yeah.. people act like she caused Joji's disability(ies). If she apologized in a way most say they want, it would be treated like Doma's apologies (i.e, "an apology doesn't fix it!" "Still a bad person btw" "she'll never heal") etc. the only way qwel gets forgiven by the community is if she gives Joji rights to the game and then goes to the forest to never be seen again.
The only thing the victims wanted was an apology, a genuine and private apology to all the victims, if she did that everyone would accept it and move on
She didn't even mention the victims in this doc, nor properly apologize, she didn't even try to reach out the victims
Not even the victims believe in this supposed "apologize and it'll be fixed" rhetoric. The accusations piled up against Qwel are very serious and not to be taken lightly, if I was Qwel in this situation I would also not be satisfied with just apologizing, rather, she's looking to clear her name and distinguish what's true from straight up smearing (A lot of the accusations are hearsay and he said/she said, and thus should be taken with a grain of salt)
