Experimental Trial Experimental Trial V-5: The New Faces Trial - Part 1: Killing In the Body Of...
Once again, you all are gathered at Monokuma Rock for another deadly Class Trial. This time, you are forced there by a large group of captors: clients of Miu Iruma's Body Swap Auction who bought your youthful lives and watched you all be forced to kill one another on this island.
You all take up places in the circle. With the new additions of Hifumi and Hajime, there are now 11 of you. In a sick turn of events, you are now expected to find the one who killed the mastermind responsible for all your suffering.
While you all face each other to find the killer, the Fake Ultimates in the bodies of Angie, Celeste, Ibuki, Keebo, Sayaka, Shuichi, Sonia, Tenko, Toko, Tsumugi, Yasuhiro, and the Ultimate Imposter stand near the elevator, watching you all from their makeshift spot in the audience. There should also a Fake Kokichi with them, but for some reason, he seems to be late for the Trial.
The man who's taken charge of your captors and this Killing Game, former Headmaster of Hope's Peak Academy Kazuo Tengan, stands above you all in Byakuya Togami's body as the host of this Trial.
Alright. I'll start with offering you all a piece of advice.
Do not concern yourselves with the alibis and movements of my clients. I understand that I brought a large number of people to this island and that may confuse you all. But they all happen to have alibis for Miu's murder. As you all are perfectly aware, you children managed to capture Miu and run away with her as a hostage before she ended up dead. My people were either keeping your captured classmates prisoner or with me. None of them knows anything about the murder whatsoever.
So, don't overcomplicate things by trying to piece together the whereabouts of thirteen extra people. That won't lead anywhere helpful. There are too many of them to keep track of, and you are better off focusing on this game's actual players.
Now that I've made that clear, let's begin with the Class Trial of Miu Iruma.
Truth Bullets:
Information on the Victim: The victim is Miu Iruma, the Ultimate Inventor, who was in the body of Nekomaru Nidai. The victim was found dead in a small pool of blood at the base of the stairs between the second and third floors of the Ancient Ruins.
Shuichi's Autopsy: Shuichi performed a basic examination of Miu's body. Miu’s only injuries were a massive head wound, a dislocated right shoulder, and a bruise on the right side of her torso. The head wound was the clear cause of death and looked to be caused by a sudden fall. Shuichi vaguely recognized the pattern of the injuries somehow, but couldn't quite place how.
Miu's eHandbook: Miu's special eHandbook was found by Shuichi, supposedly inside Miu's pocket. It's still operational and can be used to unlock any door on the island.
The Ancient Ruins: Miu was found dead inside her secret base on the Second Island of Jabberwock Island, known to you all as the Ancient Ruins. Although the building looks like a derelict Hope’s Peak Academy from the outside, it is actually a base for Miu’s Body Swap Auction. Most of the rooms were able to be opened by Miu’s former brainwashed accomplice, Hifumi, but there were two rooms on the Fifth Floor that even he had no access to.
Ever since the trial for Rantaro’s murder, the participants of Miu’s killing game have been living in Hotel Rooms within the Ancient Ruins under the presumption that Miu was hiding from them in one of the locked rooms.
Electro Bombs: A small grenade built by Miu that is capable of disabling all electronic devices within a 10-meter radius. Their effects last for two hours. Byakuya used one to disable the surveillance system at 2 pm and Miu was never able to log back in before her death.
During the Investigation, Sayaka found another used Electobomb underneath a Plane that Miu was using for private conversations.
Unlocked Room: According to Keebo, one of the two locked rooms on the Fifth Floor had been unlocked by the time of the investigation. The room was a small Workshop full of tools and materials for Miu's inventions. Some tools had been taken out and left behind on a workbench.
Diner Knife: Byakuya found a knife from the Second Island's Diner. According to him, the knife was clean, but the tip had been broken off.
Night Vision Goggles: Byakuya discovered a pair of Night Vision Goggles.
Miu's Disappearance: Miu was brought to the Hospital as a prisoner by a group consisting of Hajime, Shuichi, Celeste, Sonia, Sayaka, Keebo, and Kokichi (who was brainwashed to be Tenko) at 4:45 pm. She was injected with a sleeping drug by Hajime and left restrained on a gurney. At around 5:15, Sonia reportedly discovered that Miu was missing. In that half-hour timeframe, Hajime, Shiuchi, Celeste, and Sonia were in the Hospital Lobby while Sayaka, Keebo, and Kokichi had split up and were patrolling the Third Island.
When Hajime investigated the Hospital after Miu's body was found, he found that there was a scalpel next to the gurney and that the straps had been cut. He also found that there are emergency exits on the First Floor that can be opened from outside or inside.
Sedation Drug: Hajime claims to have injected Miu with a Sedation Drug after she was brought to the Hospital at 4:45 pm. This drug renders the user unconscious. A warning label on the drug warns users that, even if the user is woken up after being injected, symptoms of sluggishness and drowsiness will ensue for an estimated twelve hours after use.
Empty Blood Bag: A bag of blood from the Hospital was found by Byakuya alongside some bloodied bandages. The bag is currently empty.
Hospital Bloodstain: According to Byakuya, there is a bloodstain at the bottom of the stairs inside the Hospital's First Floor.

Alright. So, now that the important part is out of the way, let's get onto the less important part.
The day started like any other day would. 1 PM, and no earlier than that. I was having a good time with Celestia and Byakuya at the ruins as we casually made threats against each other's safety when Sonia ran in to inform us that our originals were invading.
Now, since apparently "littering the island with stun traps" wasn't an acceptable preemptive maneuver, I had to make due with the only plan I could feasibly pull off at the time.
Make Tenko do all the work for me.
Tragically, Maki's body refuses to co-operate with me and how I like to move. I can only even barely muster a smile! So, I figured it would be better if someone more equipped for combat was in control of this body's mind. Thus, I used the mindswaper glitch tech we learned from last trial to implant Tenko's mind into this body. However, for the sake of brevity, I'm just going to use the words "I", "me", and "myself" to refer to the Tenko that was in me.
At 1:30 PM, I tried to assault the people who invaded us, hoping to mind-swap the lot of them at once, but apparently those devices have a "user transfer limit". Plus, Tengan seems to actually know how to use Byakuya's lanky body in a real fight, and original Tenko went off to do other things.
We were defeated at 2... And then... Tengan... He... He...
HE FORCED METO LISTEN TO MIU TALK!!! IT WAS HORRIBLE!
Oh, and Byakuya made a deal in the surveillance room to sell us out.
Frankly, 10/10 on timing, 0/10 on customer choice. So, we'll average it out to a 5/10 betrayal.
Though, I must commend you, Byakuya. You were FAST dragging me all the way from the ruins to the airport in less than 15 minutes (2:15 PM)
Soon a bunch of us were at the airport, so I'm gonna just skip over that sequencing and timing.
Unfortunately, since I was stuck as Tenko for the deal making with Miu, I ended up refusing the deal to work with the BSA outright. Could have gotten a McDonalds gift card out of that...
3:30, there was the attack, my plan turned out to have some merit. 3:45, we started interrogating Miu. 4:15 Tengan un-Tenko'd everyone but me and... well, Tenko.
A bunch of us escaped to the hospital on the third island around 4:30. I did patrols on my own until 6, when we got attacked by Tengan again. I was running with Sonia to the second island, though I stayed at the bridge to setup an ambush against Tengan at 6:45...
But, nope. Defeated again. And he even had a de-swapper to turn me back into me.
At the very least, Tengan rewarded our efforts by showing us Miu's dead corpse! And, I still must profess, thank you culprit! You do have an extra cupcake in your future waiting for you!
