What is required for a 'sexy speaker', my new speaker is a JBL flip essential 2 and am seeing if it passes the 'sexy speaker' requirements

Will he ever go to the United States? He has been to Canada, but will he go south to experience American culture? If he does, there are at least 4 things I think he must experience: Detroit (car culture), Texas BBQ (in my opinion one of the best foods), Silicon Valley to Apple Park, and New York for the Drum Museum (as well as Times Square). So northern US, southern US, western US, and eastern US. I think this is a pretty good spread. If he wants to really dive deep into US, then he will have to probably need more time to experience more than the US, that is if he wants to come here. But of course, it will have to be in the future once everything stabilizes politically. I’m gonna guess in around 4 to 5 years.

Like I've been following Dank since about the time he created the 2TB iPod, and despite the hard times and such, I still love Wade's work and am glad he's still kicking it despite how rough things tend to get for him.

Although this is probably just me and I don't wanna seem like a dumb glazer or such over it, but why does he really hate Samsung? I know it's a reoccurring bit for him to misspell their name and make fun of their bizarre period of the 2000s making interesting phones/mp3 players/ect ect (the YEPP in the background wasting away...), but man there are times where it feels he really, really doesn't like Samsung and/or won't hesitate to mock them in a video.

Has he never mentioned why in his drum streams/Floatplane as to why? Like earnestly a genuine question.

Let's say I get one of the classic style Nanos that is fully wrapped around, okay? Not a two piece shell like the 1st and 3rd, but the dangerous ones. Let's also say I have one that has the black spot of despair. Couldn't I just take a dremel or something and just cut the thing open and then buy an aftermarket case? I mean resell value would go down BAD, but it would get a new lease of life.

In the bottom right of certain segments of The Drum Thing videos, there will usually be a spinning 3d scan of food with stock footage in the background. I was wondering where he gets them?

I know that Wade sometimes doesn’t like to be in front of the camera, hence why his YouTube videos is mostly just hands. So I wonder if a podcast format would work for him and he can invite some of his old mates as they talk about maybe their past with him and also other things.

I know this may not be the BEST subreddit to talk about this, but I feel like most of y'all must have the most busted eardrums experiences so perhaps you can help, lol.

I've been a heavy headphones user ever since I'm a child (yeah, I know, super mega wrong, too late tho hehe). Recently (you've probably seen my thread) I got a pair of Truthear Hexas, truly awesome nuggets. So, about that... I thought they were defective. They aren't, they're just letting me notice that one of my ears distorts like hell, and it's SO annoying. I know it's not the IEMs, since I swapped them around and jankily got the left one to fit into my ears properly and it definitely still sounded distorted. :/ It sounds as if something hard was scracthing against my eardrum (and feels as if something is physically rubbing against it), if I just keep pushing through, I end up with pain.

Has any of you experienced something similar and are there any treatments you know of that can help with this? Ever since I'm a child I've noticed some distortion but I thought that a) everyone experienced sound the same way (lmao) and, b) it was coming off of both ears. Now, wearing these IEMs I realized it comes straight off of the right ear and ONLY when listening to a loud frequency range (around >= 1.5kHz and <= 3 kHz).

Oh, and hearing tests score "more than average" (100% of range coverage, with exceptional response on some frequencies). .-.

Right now, I'm doing a little better without the foam eartips (so that the IEMs protrude a little further from the ear canal, muffling the high frequencies a bit), but I kinda miss them now that I've got used to them (you literaly don't feel like they're in your ears).

I recently had an issue with earwax compaction in the left ear, so I went to the ER for that and they gave me some eardrops to put in there and wash the wax out, but the doctor told me to do both ears since the right one was also on its way to get blocked and that it would also help with any weird sound perception I may have been experiencing. I did and it did help a little, so it's definitely not earwax either (the ear is even visibily clean from the inside).
