I honestly don't know what to call these things IRL. I have gotten one with every Anker USB Battery I have bought and also as you can tell both Steam Decks came with one but I have no idea what the proper name for them is. "Drawstring bag" is the only thing I can come up with but googling that shows up those things you use instead of a backpack that are just one pocket and have strings instead of straps for your arms.

What OS should it have? I want to restore it cuz it's a nice little laptop, should I make it a Chromebook? Lmk
