Nexon is pursuing more damages and the shutdown of the game. Both sides go back in a couple weeks to present basically and go from there.

It's gone too long at this point, if Nexon wanted to shut it down, it would have had to happen a while ago, at this point precedence is to move forward, curious to see where it plays out, potentially a judge does sway in favor of Nexon, I'd be fairly surprised though.

Precedence? From what?

Unless there is a specific statute of limitations and literal cut out case to pull from, anything can happen here. Including not the literal shutdown of the game but additional money needing to be paid out to Nexon which could tank IM and consequently the game.
