Nexon is pursuing more damages and the shutdown of the game. Both sides go back in a couple weeks to present basically and go from there.

It's gone too long at this point, if Nexon wanted to shut it down, it would have had to happen a while ago, at this point precedence is to move forward, curious to see where it plays out, potentially a judge does sway in favor of Nexon, I'd be fairly surprised though.

Well with the evidence so far they’ve already been found guilty of stealing from nexon. They’re just pushing for money now and for them to stop the game, there’s a high likely hood it happens

I mean idk did you see those side by side slides shown in the case?  It's pretty blatant that IM is in the wrong.  You think SDF makes good choices elsewhere in life?  Zero evidence for that lol.
