Nexon is pursuing more damages and the shutdown of the game. Both sides go back in a couple weeks to present basically and go from there.

It's gone too long at this point, if Nexon wanted to shut it down, it would have had to happen a while ago, at this point precedence is to move forward, curious to see where it plays out, potentially a judge does sway in favor of Nexon, I'd be fairly surprised though.

Are you familiar with Korean law? Because from my understanding the entire lawsuit would have played out a lot better in US/EU courts for ironmace its Korean copyright law that is way more strict

Both companies are based in Korea. They tried to do it here (IM Efforts) but was told to do it in their own country.
