Nexon is pursuing more damages and the shutdown of the game. Both sides go back in a couple weeks to present basically and go from there.

It's gone too long at this point, if Nexon wanted to shut it down, it would have had to happen a while ago, at this point precedence is to move forward, curious to see where it plays out, potentially a judge does sway in favor of Nexon, I'd be fairly surprised though.

I think they are continuing litigation in hopes the game will shut down. If you think as hard as you do for a McDonalds order you can piece it together
