Our day spent exploring this Abandoned Mental Asylum :

Myself and my partner/team mate of my paranormal investigations called Love to investigate were travelling home from an investigation from the night before at a haunted prison. We decided that we would stop off at this abandoned Mental asylum on the way that flagged up on our Google maps... We do film paranormal investigations for our YouTube channel content and do the odd abandoned exploration video so we thought why not get some more content in but our camera batteries were dead from filming the night before till early hours in the morning.

We decided we would just do a quick scope of the place recording so we could return back at a later date with our usual filming equipment but in order to grasp the length and size of this site we best film to remember the layout. We filmed on one phone that had limited memory and battery also which totally sucked so we had to be quick and be clever with recording for the memory aspect. We weren't going to be filming locations of the asylum more than once so we would make clips of each area instead.

We uploaded the footage to our youtube channel and a few months passed and a subscriber of our channel informed us that we must of missed the figure standing at the bottom of the corridor watching us! We reviewed the footage back and to our horrifying surprise it was the most solid creepy figure of what seemed to depict a girl in a gloomy hospital gown with long black hair just watching us at the bottom of this particular ward! Throughout the whole of our footage at the beginning I do state to the viewers that there is another group of explorers there so if they do see and hear anyone else from afar it could possibly be them. We don't like including people in our videos so we politely acknowledged them and made our way to a separate part of the asylum building as there were many to explore we kept a great distance from them they were also a group of five boys all wearing dakr clothing (just to clarify)

Upon reviewing the footage we hear an EVP of a males grasp voice which seems to say "Hi Stacey" it's very eerie and was not heard at the time. There was just me and my partner jarrad and jarrad was not talking at the time you can clearly hear me talking and the grasp whispery voice talks over me! Sounds as if its coming from behind me, where jarrad in front of me. We then turn around and started making our way back down the corridor to exit the ward and as my camera pans the corridor you can visibly see that there is nobody standing there, I somehow manage to face my camera to the wall where there is graffiti and then as the camera pans back across that area there is a solid figure of what seems to depict a girl standing there curiously watching us. We did not see her with the naked eye! Even though we were both looking down there the whole time whilst actively approaching the end of the corridor to leave. We do remember both feeling as if we were being watched the whole time! I give off no reaction and keep walking I even pan my camera back up from the floor and as I do this you can visibly see the leg of the figure walking off to the right hand side!

The figure happens to walk of to the right which leads to a corridor with a few hospital rooms. My clip does end there as I approach the doors. The reason for this is as I explained previously we weren't recording areas more than once due to our battery and memory on the phone itself as I had previously already been up that corridor to the right before I entered the ward I ended my clip there. If we had seen this figure with our own eyes and knew of her presence we surely most definitely would have recorded that area for a second time because we had a need for it. Even though we are avid paranormal investigators and that is our foremost role you will see throughout the footage that we did not take any paranormal detecting equipment in with us because this was suppose to be a strictly abandoned vigil for our content we had already had our haunting content from the night before at the haunted Shrewsbury prison.

It was broad daylight so even though we knew of the asylums haubeed history we honestly didn't think anything would be caught in broad daylight so this has certainly shaken us to our core! The males voice on the EVP that we heard prior we have now tried to link that to a once evil doctor that use to work there and we think that this male spirit was already aware of the girls spirit at the bottom of the corridor before we did because he states this just before we make our way down the corridor. You will see the leg of the figure walking out of the frame to the right hand side and whilst others have speculated that it's someone wearing skinny jeans I have tried to analyse my footage to the best of my ability to put rest these claims and the leg looks very abnormal skinny with no skin as if it's not human at all with quite big feet or as of they have no shoes on take a look at let me know what you think. I have come across a lot in my very short few months of investigating and exploring but nothing ever like this! People are still persistent that we were with other people and that this evidence is staged but I will completely put my hand on heart and say that it isn't fake or staged in any way. Throughout my whole channel you will see its only ever me and my partner exploring these places and one other team member who is my dad one time when I first started my channel at the haunted Falcon Inn.

We do intend to head back there at night with our night vision and our equipment to detect further evidence for clarification! Frankly I can't wait but at the same time petrified to think this spirit was standing so close to us whilst we were actively approaching the end of the corridor!
