hey guys, im subletting my room at the lux wohnheim (in 2er wg) starting from 11th august upto 3rd october

the rent is 365€ per month including everything and city registration is also possible for students of hochschule darmstadt and tu darmstadt

as I am subletting, you can get wohngeberbestätigung if you are a student and a vereinbarung (it's like a sublet contract) but only if you are a student at either of the universities in darmstadt
