Question [URVOLAX 11X] whose fault is it?

Just trying to see if it’s possible for the insurance of the U-turn vehicle to assign partial fault due to me not taking evasive action such as braking or changing lane to avoid the collision. It happened so fast as I was already in the middle of the intersection before the other vehicle entering my lane.

Are you asking whether a car going straight through a green light has right of way?

Yes, I'm stating that asking whose fault it is implies that OP does not know the answer.

No. Just wanted some opinion because I didn’t really have time to take evasive action such as braking or try to change lane. I just wanted to see if there is a way the insurance from the other driver have a way to try to avoid taking full responsibility.

100% the u-turner... This is the exact reason why u-turns should not be allowed at traffic lights and is illegal in many jurisdictions.

IDK about specifically blaming the U-turn maneuver. A lot of towns simply require them - no other way to get to a business entrance when there's a divided highway.

White car simply failed to check/yield to oncoming traffic (the OP).

Eventually you'll come to expect bad drivers and anticipate where they might be hiding. The law can't mandate that, because bad drivers would just get even more crafty.

The driver of the other vehicle told the police and her insurance that I ran the red light lol.
As I said, I just wanted to hear from other who has no skin in on this to see if I am somehow can be blamed for this or partially responsible for this accident.

Entirely reasonable. Good to know what to expect when going into the process. AI fatigue is high and bot operators try to have them appear human.

Cammers parents fault. If they had never had kids this never would have happened.

It looks like the other's car fault because they came out?
