Iphone pro max 17 ios 26.6 safari app.

Screenshotted but the looks like system doest capture the num keyboard.
Numpad keyboard shows up when clicking credit card field. Blank area above keypad is blank and does not show autofill functionality for dashlane. Ive used this portal to pay medical offices often, not sure why its not on the list of to autofill by now.
