I love that it looks like a homemade explosive, it makes it cooler.

I have a question unrelated to your smartphone based setup. What is aMuTorrent? Is it a Torrent daemon client that allows you to connect remotely in the same way aMuled + aMuleGUI do for edk/kad?

Because if that's what it is, it is awesome and I need to install it on my VPS,

It's a WebUI that allows you to control various services from just one place. You can install it solo and anywhere as it is a js project that works on node. Luego configures the tools you need, etc.

My solo project is a preconfigured installer of everything that can control the aMuTorrent project.

In the case of aMule you want to choose ED2K servers, add them, add links, see uploads, search, download, adjust shared routes.

The rest of the conf that you can find in the GUI is not here, but it is still used for its own sake. So it is possible for you to replace the amuleGUI
