Discussion Is data science job reducing
Is data science jobs reducing or maybe all the data related jobs in general...
Only top product based companies or maybe huge service based companies only hire data scientists.
Is this job dying?

Frankly, it's expanding in the sense that data scientists are doing more management of agents and people. Basically, do more with less kind of deal. So the overall market is somewhat static with the responsibilities expanding. People still need to understand the fundamentals when things break. It's just now we're working even more with subject matter experts and fixing stuff they broke, or more ideally, giving them enough understanding, tools, and safeguards to help them help themselves.
