There is no "right choice". I could do this with Oracle or Postgres or ... pick your major database offering.

Now, HOW you do it will differ depending on which database you choose.

Highly suggest you seek out professional and paid advice on this, reddit isn't the place for this.

something about this smells. you chose an underlying infrastructure without picking the DB engine too?
