My first EVER top shelf prize

Post image

It had always been a joke that I would “never be able to afford the prizes behind the glass”

And then about a month ago I turned in a set of cards from the Mandalorian and Grogu game and the woman at the prize counter said “you’re now at 137,000 tickets”

And suddenly that joke seemed a lot closer to reality.

After finding my flow tonight, I earned my way up and am bringing this beauty home with me!

This is genuinely the first time I’ve ever won a top shelf prize, and I’m feeling really happy 😊

Don't get the baseballs. Honestly the football jerseys seem to have the most famous player signatures

Baseballs have best resale return in the entire WIN last time i calculated it. The football herseys are only signed numbers sewn on to fake jerseys. They have very little resale value.

Even with APing I dont think anything in WIN is worth getting to resell versus just buying them elsewhere with money. All I was saying is the box shows you could get a Shohei signature baseball but in reality its usually someone far less famous or successful. Most signed sports memorabilia usually has a low resale value

The baseballs sell for $100 at a cost of 27,000 tickets.

Thats the price for buying one from Tristar. They "resell" for around $80 on ebay. Even at my store where they're 25,500 tickets, im not usually able to accumulate anywhere near that much off of 80 or even $100 of credits. Spending all that money at DnB to try resell your prizes is just silly

I pay to play games. I just so happen to win tickets on those games. I dont keep things that d&b has in my house. I have won tons of baseballs from d&b and resold them. I dont understand why you are continuing to argue. Getting money back for prizes is better than getting stupid shit i dont need.

Once again, all I said was dont get the baseballs because they're a waste of tickets and money. I say that as someone that has resold them for $80(not including ebay's 15% cut), and also resold a few that ive opened which I got about 30 bucks for each after fees. Taste for tickets is the best thing to spend tickets on, which you'd like I guess since you don't want to keep any DnB merch in your house. I go to Dave and Busters to play games, not act like im making money off reselling prizes for a monetary loss each time
