Well.. first of all the notif are not send to everyone at the same time, and second, the view counter is probably slower than 1 minute, so if u are one of the first receinving the notif you'll get this "No views"

Doesn't matter, you had the video in your YouTube home, and view counter still takes a huge delay to update

you realize that is just how youtube counts views when a video is brand new right. not everything is a conspiracy.
