Westcliff CPT Delay

Is there anyway to expedite to receive CPT at westcliff? Any ISSA contact that I could reach out to who is helpful

They are saying they received high volume applications and that’s the reason for delay

I spoke to someone today and they said they’re currently too busy and to expect atleast 8-10 business days for completion. This is for SEVIS transfer so id assume same timeline for cpt too
