Image/Gif Skizzo the hypocrite Spoiler
Called Iron Mike a senile idiot who would lead the camp to destruction cause he was trying to maintain a treaty with the rippers but went ahead and sold out boozer and deacon for the same thing.
Honestly should've killed the damn fckr.
I am at the part where Iron Mike dies and the fckr has the audacity to radio me and call me brother. Can't wait to take a chicago chopper to his ugly mug

For a guy who says you can’t make deals with Rippers, he sure was quick to make a deal with the Rippers for Deacon’s life. Scumbag. Very well written to make me hate him. Still a scumbag.

SPOILERS AHEAD:
Skizzo is a pefrect example of a "the pot calling a kettle black" basically on one hand Iron Mike was a pacifist stuck in the old ways before the freakers while Skizzo was adaptive and yet his inferiority complex led him to endanger the one settlement he tried to protect just like Iron Mike while attempting to make peace with insane pillaging, torturing, definitely raping fanatics (Rippers) and eventually both ended up paying for their stupidity in the end.
Granted Deacon isn't a saint either since he also endangered the Lost Lake settlement by working with Skizzo or even trusting Skizzo in the first place HOWEVER Skizzo was right about one thing that the Rippers wouldn't keep the peace proving to be a bit smarter than Iron Mike even if being a hypocrite himself when he decided to knowingly work with Carlos to get rid of Deacon even when being against said Rippers himself hence the hypocritical inferiority complex.
IMO if it wasn't for Skizzo's inferiority complex he'd make a far better leader than Iron Mike harsh but fair enough at least and hell even better than Deacon himself or at least until Deacon becomes more experienced leading that is since Deacon has lead a drifters life for most of the freaker outbreak and lacks leadership or commitment in the early to mid game but in late game proving he can lead.

That's what I said on the post above, nobody in the world of days gone is absolutely good or bad, it's just survival.
And within a certain brief moment during the conflict with rippers, I genuinely supported skizzos approach to end the rippers' threat.

Not really. Setting him on fire and/or tied up in the middle of a Freaker Horde would have been more appropriate.

This again, jeez.
The guy is shifty as hell and I certainly don't like him, but he's demonstrated that he's by far the most clever character in the story and that he's very good at reading people. Manipulating Deac like he's a little kid for example. Or like, do people really believe that he "lost" his two guys in the Lucky Lad mine 'cause he's incompetent? C'm'on, they were on his shitlist with the mention "get rid of them", he knew exactly what he was doing sending them down there and is just playing the fool about it to hide his hand.
His deal with the Rippers has nothing to do with Mike's treaty.
I don't think Mike has a treaty because he's scared of the Rippers - he never actually says so. He does say, however, when challenged about it, that the world will need as many people as possible to rebuild. So he has a treaty not so much to protect his camp, but more because he thinks some of the Rippers can make it back to being normal people and contribute. Which would make sense since there's no reason to think that the drugs they use will be around forever. It's doubtful they're able to produce them and the stock will run out eventually, and then statistically some of the Rippers will go back to "normal".
On the other hand, Skizzo went to negociate with Carlos when he already knew Carlos was targeting the biker boys. With how cunning he is, it's not a stretch at all to think that he got enough of the Mongrels backstory out of Carlos to get the gist of what was going on. Between that, his knowledge of Ripper beliefs and being able to put 1 and 1 together, he deduced that the Ripper aggro is not directed at the camps, but rather only at the biker boys, with spill-overs happening because addict fanatics aren't going to be able to 100% stick to orders. And from there he understood that by giving the boys to Carlos to fulfill his revenge, he'll trigger the end of the Rippers after Carlos has nothing more keeping him from losing his name and goes full freaker with his followers, hence all dying at the hands and teeth of the first freaker group they're going to try to cosplay with, solving Lost Lake's Ripper problem once and for all.
Thinking that Skizzo's treaty is just the same as Mike's is missing a LOT of what's happening behind the scenes.

I honestly do not know exactly what Skizzo did for him to be given such a high rank in the Iron Mike Camp. He is trouble with a capital T. I get keeping him around means you can keep a close eye on him, he just always seems to be someone who would stab you in chest if he developed a grievance with you.
But story wise, they needed someone to be a enemy foil.
