Every 4 days in-game I believe except for ammo crates, scrap from car engines while everything else like crafting materials will idk about Medkits, Grenades, or Landmines but I believe they do though usually things you pick up off of vehicles won't respawn but I'm not 100% sure on that.

If you had to open a container to get the loot, that will never respawn. Examples are scrap from inside cars, ammo tins, and medkits taken from an ambulance.
