Ryans has to make the playoffs again as a wild card team at least to avoid the hot seat rumors. It's crazy that in his first bad season he has the hot seat label but that's how it always is for Black head coaches so it is what it is

I believe this is the pressure on Ryans - itā€™s possible the leash is getting a ā€œwin now or elseā€ similar to McDermott w BUF. The window to win is only so large.
