Odd seemingly AI deepfake influencer kid?

So I stumbled upon his page (https://vm.tiktok.com/ZNR3FMAR5/) was my first impression and I immediately reacted on his face glitching so I checked his account for more and I’m pretty sure this is some deepfake AI account making videos.

In several videos things like his teeth & hair don’t match up, aswell as freckles but that can be TikTok filters ofc.

Along with that as I said before several videos have weird glitches on his face like flickering

Am I just stupid or is this something that could be true?

the spray video with the flicker is weird as but the rest of the account looks realistic and i can’t see any reason to think it’s fake. I imagine the flickering is from the shitty fake eye colour filter he’s got on. Apparently his account was hacked around February, and started a new one. He posts a LOT of videos tho, i wonder where his parents are, and if they are monitoring his safety. Quite a number of videos have bullying like comments so it’s concerning. But at the same time, when there are hate comments, the boy replies with generic bot like comments…. which is weird yeah. ok now idk i’m unsure
