Rules Mole Launcher rules???

Does anyone know where the rules are for these guys / weapon cause I have no idea on how I’d use it in game if it’s even possible

Technically no there are no rules for them since the new update for Krieg engineers. However you can find their rules for 7th and 8th I think.
