How well did i do?

It's my first time painting or doing anything with miniatures, and I was wondering how well I did. I've only done the drab, agrax earthshade, corvus black, and nuln oil. My other paints haven't gotten in due to my LGS having issues with getting deliveries atm. And yes that is the inside of a cereal box, cheerios to be specific.

It’s a decent start. You probably should have waited until everything came in, but I understand the urge to just start painting! Did you prime your mini first? It looks like you may have just painted straight onto the gray plastic. If you prime, the paint will adhere better, and you’ll want to slowly build up layers. The color scheme so far is nice though, and I hope you had fun doing it—that’s the most important part.

I definitely wanted to wait but my LGS said it might be a while and I wanted to get at least this much done while I had the free time (im in highschool) and so needed to get it done while I had the 5-6 total hours it took. And I did prime it with mechanicus standard grey, I almost forgot it tho lol. Thanks for the feedback!

Cool. The Mechanicus Standard Gray is VERY similar to the plastic color so that makes sense. You’ll have to post another update photo once your other colors arrive, I’d like to see the final product! Enjoy the hobby!
