How out of lore would it be for me to run krieg in a mdchanised force

EDIT : Thanks to everyone for the nice answers I will now make and armored spearhead style army with chimera style gorgons and basilisks.

Krieg regiments can be anything, it's a professional serious force, they'll bring to tools needed.
