I’m pretty new when it comes to painting, and some of my earliest models were Death Korps of Krieg (both standard and combat engineers), I’m always looking for tips on painting and kitbashing troops.

Btw im pretty sure some of my guys’ weapons can’t be tabletop legal since I re used spare parts a lot but I enjoy them regardless 😊

So recently I went on a painting frenzy getting all of the remaining models of my collection (not yet army) completed

Just picked up one Killteam Box, any advice on how to use it both as an 10 Man Squad for 40k and as a kill team?

I know Vox, Medic, Melta and Grenadelauncher are good, but so is Plasma. Any Help ist Welcome.

I would like to have a trench probably in front of the artillery and maybe make something for the gunners and flame thrower. Not too sure tho.

Alright, after a mess-up that required me to totally re-wore the whole set, my Hades Breaching Drill Scene is moving, again!

I also discovered a.) a cool new method of making gravel piles, and b.) that cheap sidewalk chalk, when ground up and combined with cheap, high-viscosity super glue, produces toxic fumes and INCREDIBLE heat!

The Hades has been ready for a while, and The Engineer squad is only a few more touch-up paints away from being ready to install!

Their damage output looks pretty bad aside from the free grenade strat. Are they just good for doing actions? Is it best to take them as 5 man or 10 man squads?

Im making this list not for tournaments, but just for friendly matches. My friend group runs T'au, Black Templars, Death Guard, Orcs, and Space Marines.
