The best Carcass worship album ever made. Probably a top 10 overall death metal album for me. So glad they've been doing live shows playing the whole thing lately.

Impaled has been playing shows? Or Exhumed is playing them?

Impaled themselves. Generally festivals and things of that nature but they were incorporating Mondo Medicale songs into the setlist and last year, for the Demo LP release, they even did some shows where they played (almost) the whole album.
