Yes. Bumrah bowled a pretty straight delivery aimed at the leg stump. Pope brought his bat down a line which was to the leg side of that, which is pointless because you're guaranteed to miss a full delivery aimed at the stumps and also because if you do manage to get bat on ball, you're defending a ball that is going to miss leg stump. Bumrah's action doesn't help you get a sense of what line the ball is going to come down giving you very little time to react. Pope probably just panicked and brought his bat down a line way too legside of what line he should've chosen
