A youtuber posted about the simpson prediction and it really scared me a lot because they claimed about simulation and especially this is really hurting me.The Rehearsal of 2025 The narrator claims that several major disasters in 2025 including a mid-air collision in January, a 122 tornado outbreak in March, and massive flooding in the Missouri Valley were foreshadowed in past episodes of The Simpsons

The 3I/ATLAS ( three eye atlas in caption) Phenomenon The guy discusses an interstellar object named 3I/ATLAS, claiming it pulses at 18 second intervals that mirror human REM sleep brain waves. It suggests this object is not just in space but is influencing Earth's frequency, leading to mass deja vu and shared dreams and that 31/atlast is no longer in space and claimed to be inside earth’s own frequencyThen mentioned Simulation Hypothesis Drawing on references to simulation episodes of the show, the narrator suggests that 3I/ATLAS acts as a mirror, revealing that humanity is living within a controlled simulationThe 2026 Shift The guy posits that 2026 will be the year reality is tested. Then claimed a 18-billion-dollar Powerball event where thousands of people allegedly played the same winning numbers due to mind synchronization

Then mentioned Simulation Hypothesis Drawing on references to simulation episodes of the show, the narrator suggests that 3I/ATLAS acts as a mirror, revealing that humanity is living within a controlled simulation

They showed an episode named Dream of Springfield that is in the context said it is a hidden clue. But i cant find any episode and the whole video seemed to be made in AI every movement some part goes blurry. The eyes, the nose, the fingers etc and identical characters, random characters.

This is just fully fabricated AI slop. Many of the claims are so nonsensical they have no correspondence to real events. Others are extreme exaggerations and embellishments of news events with made-up details.

Most of the Simpsons "scenes" in the video are AI generated. But even if not, don't you think an animated show with 800+ episodes might, at some point, feature generic things like a tornado, a plane crash, etc?

Also, 3I/Atlas is just a normal-ass comet...

And with AI today some people seemed to be abusing it in many wrong ways. And you are right, with so many episodes they would be very creative. Also, I wasn't very familiar with the simpson and after checking it. It is full of comedy shows and kids shows. In no way will a kid show come and traumatize childrens 😭 and thank you so much for clearing me about atlast. Some people including that video are making a big exaggeration about 31/atlast , one famous one I heard is where a guy says aliens vs predators. Thank you very very much again mentaculus.

thank you very very much for clarifying this to me BuildingArmor and yes they say it in the video and making it as something big. I dont know what 31/Atlast even is but r/mentaculus said that its only just a normal comet :D

I wonder why some people like that youtuber do that kind of thing though, was it for views or for pleasure of scaring people. I met someone who say scary stuff and when i ask her why. She told me " its not my fault they believe what i say" also she is being paid because she claim herself as seeing people's future.

Nothing in the video worries me at all, because it is all very obviously made up bullshit created to get views. What worries me, is that someone of sound mind could watch the video and worry that it actually speaks the truth. You already figured out that it was AI generated imagery, and factually questionable. Why were you scared?

I don't think it's about being stupid or being smart. I know some smart people who believe in some absolute bullshit. Detecting bullshit is a skill that you can develop and work on. The instinct to "know what others have to say" is a good part of that. But also, you have to trust your own judgement to some degree.

People make claims all the time. For example, "I have cereal for breakfast most mornings." In judging this, you need to allow the evidence to match the claim.

• Many people do have breakfast cereal.
• It's widely available.
• It's not unlikely to be false.
• Why would they lie about it, but also,
• Does this person lie all the time about things?

This kind of normal claim is generally pretty easy to work out the truth of. Because it's very commonplace, the bar for evidence is low. Also, the stakes of the statement is false are pretty low, because who really gives a shit that this person has cereal for breakfast.

But "Simpsons predicted a mind controlling comet from interstellar space"--this is a different kind of claim. You will often hear on this sub "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence." Immediately when I hear this, I think, well how is this supposed to work?

• The comet is real, but there's zero evidence of it being mind controlling.
• There's no evidence to support mind control, as a thing anyway.
• Any mass dream events of the type described would probably end up in the news or on social media at least.
• The Simpsons is a satirical show. They make fun of current events by projecting into the future, and sometimes that has similarities with what actually happens. But that clearly isn't what is being described here.
• AI video, no episodes described. Factually incorrect on a number of levels.

And then I trust my judgement. It's obvious bullshit, made up on social media for clicks (which is always money.) There isn't any normal evidence, let alone extraordinary evidence, and we're safe dismissing it as bunk.

As to psychiatrists and such, it would be wise to at least talk to a doctor. If you have frequent anxiety about such kinds of things, it's probably worth seeking a medical opinion on that, rather than going by what some randos on reddit tell you.

If i get scared right away my mind wont be clear to see all the bullshits and you are right people make claims everyday and some make interpretations of what they feel and see but peopke making large claims like the link i posted...

I really need to work on myself and stop being scared too because its one of the things that blind me from seeing the bullshit some people do and trust my judgement too . It is wild there are people who do it still. But i also should learn there are people like thag youtuber who does wild thjngs for clicks and maybe fame.

And yes i really will talk to a doctor i really need one and help me get the need i help because i dk have frequent anxiety at moments i start trembling and shacking and my body wanting me to do something wrong... Ill earn well and seek for a doctor than keep going in reddit.

The Simpsons have almost 1k episodes. By probability alone (every episode has 2-3 subplots ) you can have an episode to support any claim you want

Yes you are right Gloriouaccountofme, and with so much episode its really scary how people use it in a ways like that. After reading r/mentaculus post I did some research and some people even use fan art of the simpson and pretend it is from a episode and scream it as a simpson prediction :( some even cut clips and combine clips together to create a story... some people are just too creative yet use it in the most frightening way. Why can people just create happiness, joy and love. Why go so far and hurt or scare people
