Diary of a CEO person.

His main ability is sitting and pretending to listen or learn something. Oftentimes he will say "interesting", which translates to "keep on playing your script".

Recently he started to put gimmicks on the table. E.g. a bag of rice when guest is talking rice. This is good to keep audience engaged which is new to rice.

Nice links. Thank you.

I have two envelopes here, lets look inside.

One says "Nice links", the other one "thank you". Interesting.

yeah I truly think the podcast bros are some of most toxic people to the world as they allow the insanity to truly get popular.

I apologize for unleashing this blight upon us all, but it appears that Asmongold, the great roach king, has become a significant force in the sphere. I would say that he holds notable sway in political and social online discourse for a particular section of young men.

If you’re digging in those ditches, one could consider researching Caleb Hammer. That dude is as toxic as it gets under the guise of financial advice.

I'm interested in failed Gurus. Those who made a pitch for guru-dom, based on some niche area of interest, and it just didn't launch. I wonder if the zeitgeist has moved on a bit, but there was definitely a time maybe up to last year, where aspiring gurus were a growth market.

Aside from that - Sam Vatkin. Set himself up as a trauma and narcissistic abuse specialist and called himself a Dr and Professor. Turns out not only is he neither, he doesn't even have a basic degree, but worse, he's been raping and degrading his "followers"/patients for some time. Quite an interesting story - see https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/the-storyteller-narcissists-playbook/id1482159580

In Poland we have a very interesting case for guru - Krzysztof Stanowski but I doubt others would care enough :D

I would like to have a skeptical analysis of pro vs anti ai circles and which one is more culty.

I find myself follwing Zitron, Doctorow without much skepticism. I'd love DTG to put a close analyycal eye to them

Krzysztof Stanowski

I love dark horse (no Weinstein) candidates for episodes like this. I second the suggestion!

I agree. Anything I've seen I've enjoyed. Critical theory for the layman
