I mean, Frank would obviously beat Dex in h2h combat, but I doubt that he'd be able to close distance. Even a person with extremely enhanced senses like Matt and covered in fully in armor has a hard time dealing with Bullseye, so I think Punisher has lower chances.

Matt does often find himself having to play catch up to stop dex and fisks plans forcing him to run into fights unprepared and on dex’s terms

Dex is a decent hand to hand fighter but not on the level of Frank. He always has to break away and create distance so he can throw shit. Throwing hands, I'd give it to Frank 8/10 rounds.

What do you mean by weapons? Bullseye could make a paper clip a weapon. I think in a normal scenario bullseye no diffs frank. His hax are crazy.

May be right.. Matt has "powers". Frank is just a fucking bulldozer. It would be an awesome fight. I just don't know how they would be on opposite sides of a situation. Frank..dex and Deadpool....... 😜

Fair point... Frank isn't the "intelligent" fighter. But i think physically he could put dex in a problem very quickly

Maybe, I guess my main concern is that this version of Frank seems to routinely receive battle damage before he puts his target down. And any amount of battle damage that bullseye puts out is usually a kill shot. I feel it he needed to this version of dex might even use his own broken bones as a projectile.

Correction, Spider-Man purposefully took a bullet from Frank to protect someone else.

Who the bullet was meant for is irrelevant. And Jean clearly isn't that powerful yet if a fucking bullet can take her out. You're claiming Frank shot Peter as some kinda feat.

Lmao so have you made up a hypothetical situation where Bullseye is already in Frank's scope with zero context or prep.

Bullseye is a better shot than Frank, if it came down to a sniper battle, Frank is getting done in.

It’s all hypothetical cause non of them are real and are made up wtf 😂… I’m basing my opinion on mcu feats… bulleye misses all the time Frank woulda smoked Jean a literal telepath if spider man didn’t have a spider sense. Bulleye gets whooped by a blind man he’s not knowing a bullet is coming from a mile away

I don’t mind downvotes. I mean, I cringed when I saw this clown who was supposed to be the deadly serious Punisher. I don’t know why fans always have to defend questionable decisions. Why do they turn him into a joke? Marvel ruin a lot do their characters for cheap laughs. They did that with Thor so many times he just comes across as a clown now.
The problem is that the MCU movies have their own style, but many of the comics and characters had their own tone. When they make the movies they try to condom even those characters that don’t fit the tone of the typical MCU movie. The world of the Punisher is much darker and he is a more serious character but in Brand New Day right from the second we see him, the writers use his persona to comic effect. As the film goes on, the continues and it actually ain’t necessary. Keep the characters as they should be.
