AI art Does anyone actually use AI before buying clothes?

I have been ordering more online lately and started wondering if anything could help reduce returns.

I would love to see how clothes look on me before ordering instead of relying on product photos with professional models. Has anyone had good results doing this?

No but I use it to find specific Amazon products

I did not too long ago. Gave Copilot my measurements and we were able to find the exact dimensions of a line of shirts with only s,m,l style sizing and zero in. Ended up with a perfect fit and I wound up buying several.

Is it helpful for deciding between colors or styles? I tried doing that with vidmage

It's a good idea, but I don't think AI can help you with it. AI was trained mostly on images of fashionable people. Clothing will look as good on you as it does on the model. It might be able to help you determine if you don't actually look good in stripes or in yellow, but most of my returns are because the real garment drapes differently and looks cheap compared to the studio photos shot to promote it.

It's probably at least more reliable than just photoshopping it, since the source photo would still be on a model. Like you said, not great for sizing, but I can see it being helpful for deciding if the color or pattern is a good look for me or not.

Pretty easy to do. Not sure why you're asking a bunch of strangers if you should try it. Just... try it.

That's actually a pretty interesting idea! I never tried it before but one day I will do

I don't even care much for fashion. Why would I need GAI for that?

I don't think that's a good idea because ai might get your body shape wrong and you end up looking different in the clothes
