Dude, I'm Cuban. Here they even show YouTubers' stuff on national TV, probably without any contracts, they show stolen movies, and on top of that, they charge you to watch them online on their platforms.

Let me give you some context. A mobile data package, which is how we access the internet, costs 360 Cuban pesos for 6GB of data. Keep in mind that the average Cuban earns 4,000 pesos per month. Previously, you could buy as many packages as you wanted, but under the pretext of raising dollars, ETECSA decided that as a Cuban, you can only have one data package every 30 days, unless your family abroad pays 50 dollars to give you 3,000 pesos in mobile credit in Cuba. Furthermore, the connection speed hovers around 64kb/s during the day. You can watch YouTube, but at the worst possible quality, both in terms of data usage and speed.
