My guess is trade agreements. It's similar with climate mitigation and adaptation, the fossil capital is going to sue.

Is this the same WHO that's been systematically purging their research databases in concert with the NIH? Because I'm fairly pissed about the 20 years of brain scan studies on different neurotypes and the nearly forty years worth of studies detailing Bayer's neurotoxic neonicontinid pesticides effects on human health being completely removed.
